My name is Neil, I'm a 37 year old Scotsman living in Copenhagen since 2010 I'm a professional chef by trade and after 22 years of kitchen life I have will focus now on educating as a Dietitian with work in a plant school in Copenhagen to get me through. At present I work in a company where I take care of plants, I also have an internship at a garden project at Bispebjerg Hospital and I will rejoin Danish lessons at Kofods Skole in Amager this August. I have many personal projects ongoing with self development and enjoy massively to bike around the city ( my meditation time ) in search for beautiful moments to take pictures of. I enjoy to sketch/ draw and have an elaborate creative mindset, once in a while I get inspired to write a Ditty Poem for myself, my sister or friends. I'm most often found with headphones on having fun with whatever tune gets my inner groove to grind. Cooking is a lifetime passion of mine and challenging myself upon it is a good pass time as well. I would love to further explore kayaking as a hobby/ activity as well as camping and hiking/ rambling. I found a good hiking group that I'll join as soon as they come back from Summer break.
