Looking for a roomie 😊 I’m looking for a flatmate in my ‘rækkehus’ in Nordvest (5min walk from Norrebro St). The room is 14m2 and currently has a large wardrobe build in; the plan is to rent it out fully furnished. The 109m2 apartment has three floors, with a kitchen + dining area, living room and modern bathroom, as well as a (morning sun) balcony next to the kitchen and a large (all-day sun) private rooftop terrace. It’s close to many shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. You’ll share the flat with myself, the owner of the place. I'm 31 years old, from the Netherlands and living here since 2015. Studied at DTU and working in wind energy. As I always lived with friends, I am looking for a social person to share the house with. In my free time I collect/listen records, spend time cruising the canals on my fishing boat, do CrossFit and hang out with friends. It’s available from today till at least January 2025. Price: 8000/month all inclusive (electricity, water, heating, cleaner, internet, household goods) and fully furnished room + apartment. Deposit will be one month rent, where you can expect the full deposit back. The room is not available for couples.
