Individual 31yr old female, masters student & working part-time

I moved to Copenhagen back in August 2020 to start my MSc Global Refugee Studies at Aalborg Uni, from which I will be graduating in November 2022 (no fear, I have an A-kasse and a student job willing to make me full-time, I will never be unemployed). I am currently working part-time alongside my SU, so I have a stable income and I have savings to pay a deposit. ??I am currently paying 4,900 dkk + bills in my flat now, so would like to stay in that budget. But if I found the perfect flat, I could extend to 5,500-6,000 as I will be earning more money once I graduate (soon). ? Any neighbourhood within cycling distance of the city centre is fine, but with a preference for Norrebro, Vesterbro and Osterbro (and of course central Indre By). I’m trying to avoid Amager, as I just lived there for two years, but not ruling it out either. ?‍♂️ I’m not fully against living in a flat-share, but I keep myself busy, so I wouldn’t make for the best flatmate as I wouldn’t be around for many evening meals and sometimes I take showers at 1am on a weekday haha. That said, if you know a very laid back flat share where I’d fit into, let me know! ???On the other hand, I am myself totally immune to noise-disturbances and I have lived in some TINY apartments in the past. I am open to flats with flaws and quirks: above a late-night bar, by a noisy road, with loud flatmates, with a miniature kitchen, with a shared toilet, on the 7th floor with no lift, a tree house, a canal boat, a converted garage, etc, etc. Permanent places preferred, as I am staying in Copenhagen. (I have no pets, no secret baby, no hidden boyfriend, no debts, no smoking)
